Monday Morning 10 - 12 All welcome to join for a social, therapic time together, learning new skills whilst chattting.

Reading Group
Monday afternoon we run a reading group bringing students and older people together to read and listen.

Autistic Support
Monday afternoon sees a wonderful group of parents of autistic children supporting one another.

Citizens Advice
Wednesday 1pm - 2.30pm Citizens advice is based on our community room, drop in for advice and help

Recovery Help
Together Devon offer a 121 support service in the community hub for those going through recovery

Family Check-in
Family Check-ins are offered for free to any family requiring help, contact our family worker for a free coffee & chat

Youth Group
Friday evenings 5.30-7pm at Seaton Methodist Church, for ages, year 6 - year 11, free entry, food, games & tuck shop

Community Hub
Operating from Seaton Hospital, open Monday to Thursday 9am to 2.30pm, drop in for a group, advice or a chat

Recovery Cafe
Thursdays 12-2pm, if you need some support going through recovery from addiction join others who are facing the same

SPL Radio
Local radio station for the community, volunteer DJs presenting shows throughout the week.

Cycling Without Age
Free trishaw rides for those unable to easily access the outdoors, chat, ride & enjoy!

A mental health peer support group for 10 - 18 years old, Tuesday evenings at Restore
